This beautiful cabin has been our weekend home for the last 3 years, we've decided to sell it and build a house on our business property in Pottsboro. This home has many options, it could be a great Air BNB or similar, it has a great layout for entertaining and can sleep as many as 10-12 comfortably. Set in the middle of 1.5 acres, you'll see it backs up to Corps of Engineering property, so no neighbors behind you. On both sides you'll find great neighbors, minimal traffic on the road and the peace and quiet you've been looking for. Out back you'll find a nice fire pit that you can oversee from the wooden balcony that leads into the master bedroom or main hallway. On the property there is a carport attached to the house, 2 Morgan buildings, and one area of covered parking. Asphalt driveway with gravel on top makes for low maintenance and several areas to park cars, trucks, boats, RV, trailers. Inside the house is a rustic look with exposed cedar, tall ceilings in the living room, open concept kitchen with a copper sink, granite counter tops, giant walk in pantry, large laundry room and a secluded master bedroom. Checkout the pictures of the home, it can be bought semi furnished. I am not a realtor, we are the owners of the home. Any showings will be setup when I can get up there, by appointment only. I'd also like a proof of ability to purchase, letter of financing, etc. I have help at the title company for the paperwork, and I also have help at the finance company, with good credit he can do 10% down if this is a secondary home. Email for more pictures, I can only add 10 pictures on the site.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Feb. 14)

GOOD. Water normal stain; 38-41 degrees; 0.06 feet below pool. Striped bass are fair on flukes drifting 35-45 feet of water near the rivers as we get closer to the spawn. Slow rolling swimbaits in coves and on points in 8-15 feet of water are still working for bigger fish. Glow and smoked shad are colors of choice. Crappie are slow on minnows in 10-12 feet of water on brush and dock piles. Look for the fish to move into the coves and creeks with the warmer weather. Catfish are slow on dead shad drifting 30-40 feet of water on ledges for keeper size fish. Bigger fish are shallow, look for dirty warmer water with inflow from rains. Largemouth and smallmouth bass are fair on swimbaits in stumps on points in 8-12 feet of water, and swimbaits along the bluffs in the backs of the coves on warmer days. Report by Jacob Orr, Guaranteed Guide Service Lake Texoma. Striped bass are starting to gorge on bait, so fish can be slow to bite but overall the bite is good. The most active bite in 3-30 feet of water on the humps and ledges using Alabama rigs, swimbaits, and some anglers are having success long lining. Report by John Blasingame, Adventure Texoma Outdoors.
