Lake Texoma: Earth Day Festival
Join the surrounding communities at the Earth Day Festival near Lake Texoma. The event is scheduled to take place on April 13th from 9 am to 4 pm at the Sherman Municipal Ballroom. The ballroom is located at 405 North Rusk Street in Sherman, Texas.
The yearly event focuses on recycling and related education. There are many recyclable items accepted at the festival which has taken place for the last ten years. The community event is great for families and includes a swap meet, children’s sculpture show, vendors, children’s activities, and food vendors.
Bring your e-waste items such as smaller appliances, radio toys, and computers. Eyeglasses and outdated prescriptions will also be taken for recycling.
