History of Pointe Vista
The men with this vision for this exceptional planned community with lakefront property, a marina, a championship golf course, a convention center, and so much more are Mark Fischer, Grant Speaks, and Ryan Chapman. Their office is in Oklahoma City. They never gave up on their plans. They initially acquired 800 acres from the state of Oklahoma which was formerly Lake Texoma State Park.
Thirteen years later, the Pointe Vista development group has acquired or has under contract 2,700 acres located on 19 miles of shoreline on Lake Texoma. Pointe Vista has also acquired Catfish Bay Marina, and worked with the Chickasaw Nation to incorporate the Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club. This planned community is developing in phases.
Infrastructure and major engineering developments are in place at this time. Phase I includes 84 single-family lots and 57 lakeside and hilltop residences. A wide range of options comes with these lots and residences for housing units of all sizes. At this time, people who want to buy these lots can put themselves on a “first call” list when they come up for sale.

Pointe Vista is a premier master planned community that will incorporate the ultimate lake lifestyle with the ultimate in city entertainment out on the western side of the northern arm of Lake Texoma.
