This event is going to be August 6-8, brought to you by the Texoma Powerboat Association.

Thursday night will be a meet and greet at Caney creek (beer garden) we will have registration and free beer for fun run participants. There will be food and music.

Friday we are doing a bbq at the islands with fish and burgers for all participants. Friday night we will have registration and live music at barbay (Marina del Rey)

Saturday morning we will have the drivers meeting and breakfast before the run starts. After all the stops we will have a lunch stop at the island bar and grill (Highport) after lunch there will be a tie up at the islands. After the tie up we will be doing card turn in. Then we will be ending the night with trophy and prize give ceremony and end with another live band.

Lake Texoma Fishing Report from TPWD (Jan. 20)

FAIR. Water stained; 47 degrees; 1.13 high. Striped bass are fair on shad like swim baits and live bait. White bass are fair on slabs and spoons. Largemouth bass are slow fishing soft plastic swimbaits, deep diving crankbaits, jerk baits, and flutter spoons in 15-30’. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs near boathouses, timber, creek ledges, and brush piles in 15-28’. Catfish are fair on fresh cut bait and punch bait.
