The Sherman Jazz Museum celebrates Downtown Mardi Gras with the great Dixieland band, the N'Awlins Gumbo Kings! Saturday, February 23rd make plans to enjoy the sounds of New Orleans with these talented musicians that include Bobby Breaux who played drums with the great Al Hirt, and Steve Howard who played trumpet for Paul McCartney in the '80's, and many other VERY TALENTED musicians.
So while you're spending the day celebrating Mardi Gras in Downtown Sherman, don't miss this FREE concert at one of the shining stars of Downtown - the Jazz Museum. And while you are there, explore the wonderful displays of some of the great stars of jazz.

Water stained to muddy; 45–49 degrees; 1.24’ low. Black bass are fair on umbrella rigs, shakeyhead worms and spinnerbaits. Crappie are good on minnows. Striped bass are good on slabs. Catfish are good on trotlines.
