    2020 Lake Texoma Fireworks

    Join the fun at Roosevelt Bridge for the 2020 Lake Texoma Fireworks on July 3rd. The show begins at dark and the fireworks are provided by Brady's Stockpile of Fireworks.

    Before the fireworks show, the Lake Texoma Association Office will be open for visitors. The office is located at 11934 State Park Road in Kingston, Texas. The office will take visitors for the open house from 6 pm to 9 pm.

    During the 4th of July celebration, hot dogs will be served along with a drink and chips. The cost is $3 per person. The children will enjoy the Ice Cream Truck bouncing house and additional activities. For more info, please call 580-564-2566.

    Fishing Report from TPWD (Jul. 9)

    FAIR. Water stained; 84 degrees; 1.87 feet above pool. Striped bass fishing is hit and miss but fish are starting to surface on shallow sand flats and in cuts. Top waters and swimbaits are working as well as live bait drifting shallow 10-15 feet of water or anchoring on main lake ledges in 15-25 feet of water. Catfishing remains excellent on punch bait in 25-30 feet of water on humps and main lake points. Bigger blues will be cruising the deeper water drift while gizzard shad or rough fish off of the river channels on flats in 40-55 feet of water. Bass fishing is good on hard baits and reaction baits near docks and the backs of coves early in the mornings and late evenings. Fish main lake points and rock bluffs mid day off the banks.
