2020-21 Limited Permit Hunts for Deer
The refuge provides opportunity to hunt for white-tailed deer (archery only), feral hogs, and wild turkey through a lottery permit system. Beginning in 2020, all applications will be made online through the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Drawn Hunts system.
All hunters must apply through the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department online-only Drawn Hunts system.

NOTICE TO DEER HUNT APPLICANTS: You will be required to show proof of having completed a Bowhunter Education Course (not hunter education, bowhunter education) when you arrive at the hunter check-in station. You will not be allowed to hunt without having completed the course.
