It is located on the Big mineral Arm of Lake Texoma approximately 8 miles West of Pottsboro, TX. It is minutes away from Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge, Flowing Wells Marina, Mill Creek Marina and other attractions.

The property has 50 RV and Tent camping sites, all with water view and several waterfront sites. Each Site has 30 & 50 amp electric service, water hookups and select sites have sewer hookup. There are Restroom and Shower Facilities, Kayak & SUP Rentals, a boat launch ramp, and a general store nearby. There are also cabins on-site that accommodate groups of all sizes.

Water stained to muddy; 47–50 degrees; 4.38’ high. Black bass are good on medium crankbaits, shakeyhead worms and suspending jerkbaits. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Striped bass are good on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
