Operated by the Corp of Engineers, the Lakeside Campground on Lake Texoma is one of the more heavily used areas on Lake Texoma. Featuring 127 sites, most within 150' of the shoreline, two shower/toilet facilities, two boat ramps, one courtesy dock, a reservable shelter, and plenty of open water for skiing and boating. Convenience stores and a marina are available within a few miles of the campground.

Lake Texoma Fishing Report from TPWD (Oct. 10)

GOOD. Water stained; 80–84 degrees; 0.27’ low. Largemouth bass are good on morning topwaters, Texas rigged worms, spinners and deep diving crankbaits around channels. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs around structure. Striped bass are good on live shad over the deeper original river channel. Catfish are fair on live sunfish, cut bait, prepped dough balls, and minnows.
