Lovely lake house next to Catfish Bay campgrounds.. Easy walk to swim beach and fishing. Fully furnished and equipped. 2 bedrooms and sun porch sleeps up to 8. Washer and dryer. Patio with grill. wood floors and fenced back yard for pets (only small dogs pls). Adjoins corp land with lovely yard. Nautical theme. fish cleaning area.

$125 a night or $700.00 for a week. (fall discounts during the week)

Lake Texoma Fishing Report from TPWD (Dec 17)

Water clear; 48–51 degrees; 5.84’ low. Black bass are fair on suspending jerkbaits and shakyhead worms in green pumpkin and redbug. Crappie are good on minnows near brush piles. Striped bass are fair on minnows. Catfish are slow on trotlines and prepared bait.
